Strawberry Ricotta Toast

This toast is great as a breakfast or snack option, and it's so simple to make! I love ricotta as a toast topping because it is lower in calories and higher in protein than cream cheese! This combination is sweet, creamy and flavourful! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! Here’s how to make it:



Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup ricotta

- 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1-2 strawberries (sliced)

- 1 tsp melted nut butter

- 1 pinch hemp seeds

- 1 pinch chia seeds


Mix ricotta, vanilla, and 1/2 tsp of maple syrup. Spread ricotta mixture over toast, then layer on strawberry slices. Drizzle nut butter and remaining maple syrup on top and sprinkle with the seeds. This will make 1-2 pieces of toast!
